In the unfortunate event of theft, the S-Cargo has your back. Simply report your bike stolen within the app, and it will automatically send a randomized passcode to the display and email you a copy. Only you can now activate the bike. Additionally, all bike details are sent to us, allowing us to alert our dealers and assist in recovery efforts.

TO USE THE TRACKING/GPS FUNCTIONS YOU WILL NEED 4G COVERAGE ON YOUR PHONE
Batteries will slowly drain over time if the bike isn't used and we recommend removing the battery if you're not riding weekly or in areas of bad 4g reception
But that's not all—the S-Cargo offers a suite of features designed to enhance your riding experience. Record and track all your rides with the ride recording function, locate your nearest Wattwheels dealer with the dealer locator, and control your e-bike's lights and PAS (Pedal Assist System) directly from your smartphone.
And for those times when your bike isn't behaving as expected, S-Cargo's remote diagnosis feature has you covered. Run a diagnosis within the app to identify any faults or issues and get back on the road with confidence.
