The base level service is an overall bike check over and safety check. Perfect for good condition bikes that don’t require any parts to be replaced. Bikes that have been unused for a while to make them trail, road worthy ready for riding. Essential basic reset every bike needs to transition from garage or storage to the open road.

Full bike safety check.
Complete bolt/fastening check.
Gear tune.
Brake tune.
Basic drive chain clean and lube.
Wheels, spokes checked.
Tyres inflated.
The Mid level is a preventative maintenance tune up. Bearing points like hubs, bottom bracket and headset are checked and adjusted. Bearing Optimization: A true Master Mechanic’s touch. The service for the everyday enthusiast who puts in consistent miles and wants their bike to both feel great and rolling at its best!
Includes,
Bike - Full bike assessment.
Gears - Cables lubricated or replaced, derailleur hanger aligned, followed by derailleur adjustments and gear tune.
Brakes - cables lubricated or hydraulic fluid levels checked. Full system check, pads, rotors, rims.
Wheels - wheels trued front and rear, hubs checked and adjusted front and rear.
Bottom bracket - check and adjust.
Headset - check and adjust.
Drive chain - cleaned and lubricated. Chain wear and correct chain length checked.
Suspension / Dropper post - dust seals cleaned and lubricated.
e-Bike firmware plugin available if required.

Our top level tune up is aimed at bikes in for an annual comprehensive tune up. All major components like the headset, bottom bracket and hubs are checked, serviced and reassembled. This is the service we most often get amazing feedback from our customers about how their bike rides and feels.

Full bike assessment.
Bike - strip down, all major components removed from frame for servicing.
Gears - derailleur/s serviced, cables lubricated or replaced, derailleur hanger aligned, followed by gear tune.
Brakes - cables lubricated or hydraulic fluid levels checked. Full system check, pads, rotors, rims.
Wheels - wheels trued front and rear, hubs adjusted /serviced.
Bottom bracket - serviced and reassembled.
Headset - serviced and reassembled.
Drive chain - degreased, cleaned and lubricated. Chain wear and correct length checked.
Suspension / Dropper post - dust seals cleaned and lubricated.
