The new DEORE groupset features nearly all the same functionality, durability, and reliability as our more celebrated XTR and XT lines, but at a more approachable price.

Rear Derailleur Shimano Deore RD-M7200
The DEORE M7200 12-speed mechanical rear derailleur carries forward all the new technology of the XT M8200 but utilizes a strong steel pulley cage in its long-cage construction. This adds nominal weight but also ups durability of an already-robust structure. The derailleur's wide link structure adds strength, and its wedge-shaped design helps dodge impacts on the trail. Pair with the HYPERGLIDE+ 12-speed 10-51T cassette and DEORE M6200 shifter for a stout, reliable, fast-shifting drivetrain suitable for all trail rides.
SHADOW ES: A slimmer, stronger evolution of Shimano's pioneering chain-stabilizing SHADOW concept, with a wide link structure for durability.

Cassette Shimano Deore CS-M7200 10 - 51T
The M7200 12-speed cassette cog tooth profiles improve shifting under high load while remaining smooth, fast, and durable. It is also MICRO SPLINE compatible and built with steel and alloy cogs to optimize weight and durability. Its 10-tooth cog supports smoother transitions between gears, and a wider 10-51T range, making it ideal for pretty much any use, from XC or enduro racing to all-day adventures on the trails. The M7200 touts robust shifting performance in a stronger, lighter package.
Optimized Materials: The largest cog uses alloy, and the others use steel to strike the ideal weight-strength balance.

Chain Shimano Deore CN-M7100 (w quick link)
The M7100 chain provides enhanced chain retention thanks to an extended portion of the inner plate. The new chain features quick-link assembly and SIL-TEC treatment for extended offroad durability.
