Suspension fork services, we have services to suit. Whilst we are not a specialist in house suspension workshop, we do offer 50 and 100 hour suspension fork servicing at our Petone studio.

  • 50 Hour Suspension Fork Servicing

    Suspension fork services. We offer 50 hour lower leg services for Fox and Rockshox suspension forks in house.

    Includes;
    Fork removed from head tube.
    Ar pressure noted.
    Lower leg strip down, oil drained.
    Seals and foam rings cleaned and re lubricated.
    Fork re assembled with new crush washers and lower leg suspension fluids as per factory specs.
    Re fitted to bike, test ride.

    50 hour service
    $69 without new seal kit
    $119 including new seal kit

  • 100 Hour Suspension Fork Servicing

    We offer 100 hour lower leg services for Fox and Rockshox in house.

    Includes;
    Fork removed from head tube.
    Air pressure noted.
    Lower leg strip down, oil drained.
    Air leg strip down, oil drained.
    Seals and foam rings cleaned and re lubricated or replaced.
    Fork re assembled with new crush washers and lower leg suspension fluids as per factory specs.
    Re fitted to bike, test ride.

    100 hour service
    $109 without new seal kit
    $159 with new seal kit
