If there is just that one thing that you know needs attention, our minimum charge generally covers it. Book 30 minutes of the workshop and mechanic service to address it. This could be replacing a rear gear cable followed by gear tune, wrapping new bar tape, a brake bleed or replacing brake pads.

# Note - puncture repairs / replace tube / tyre will be charged out at the lesser rate as per wheel services.

Please give us as much information as possible and we’ll let you know if we suspect we’ll need more time.

Where we can, of course we will do our best to help a fellow biker out when you get a puncture near our workshop while out on an adventure. With only one mechanic on, puncture repairs are generally the only on the spot service we can accommodate around our busy booked workshop and retail sales.

All other service and repair work will need to be booked in, you are welcome to leave bikes with us and collect on completion.

We do have two free to use, urban bikes, which are available for customers to use / borrow whilst your bike is with us for servicing. Perhaps these bikes will allow you to carry on the ride with your family and friends when that unexpected happens to your bike!

Moving forward, we won't be able to take in or work on boxed bikes purchased from major retail chains (like Kmart, The Warehouse, or The Outlet).

We completely understand why people choose these options, and honestly, we just love seeing more people out riding! However, these "fast retail" boxed bikes are sold by stores with no bike expertise or after-purchase backup. Bikes need a lot of ongoing care, and unfortunately, we just can't support that retail model anymore on any level.
