Lead times and delivery

For local Wellington orders via courier or instore pick up, 1 - 2 days.
North Island / South Island 1 - 3 days.

We use a mix of NZ Post (courier) and NZ Couriers. Full tracking details will be provided when shipped.

We use Stripe payment solutions to process all our online transitions.

Stripe use SSL secure online payment technology. When you make an online purchase a small padlock symbol will appear on your screen. This indicates that the SSL security system is operating throughout your transaction. This encrypting ensures that your payment information can not be read by, or altered by outside influences.

We list items that are either in stock at NZ warehouses and/or in our small studio in Petone.

Occasionally we will list items to pre order for items in demand that are due in stock with 2 - 4 weeks.

If we find an item that has been ordered is out of stock we will reach out with options including full refund, back order or an upgrade
