Front and rear wheel true.

Hubs checked front and rear. Bearing caps removed, external seals cleaned, freehub body pawls/springs cleaned and re-assembled. Thru axles cleaned and lubed.

Bottom bracket removed, cleaned, surfaces regrased and re-assembled.

Headset checked and adjusted.

Hydraulic brakes fluid level checked and topped up as required.

Suspension fork lower leg service (50 hour)

Rear shock air can service (50 hour)

Check all cable positioning and lengths. Reposition and correct lengths as required including hydraulic brake lines.

Headset fully serviced, fork removed, headset cleaned, new bearings if required and re-assembled.

Hydraulic brakes, full bleed front and rear.

Frame thoroughly cleaned and polished whilst all parts are removed.

In the premium service I spend pretty much a full day on each bike bringing it back to new, if not better.

The $499 includes the fixed parts used in this premium service. These are, suspension fork seal kit, rear shock seal kit, gear cable inner/outer, brake fluid and tubeless fluid.

Frame is stripped bare, including removing the swing arm / rear triangle.

Tyres are removed, rim tape and or tubeless sealant replaced.

Brakes fully bleed, rotors wet and dry sanded.

Full complete strip down of frame and parts. Frame polished, parts cleaned, serviced and re-assembled with all bolts and fastenings to factory specs.

Rear swing arm / triangle removed / pivot hardware cleaned, lubed, loctited and torqued back to factory specs.

Suspension fork 150 hour service with main dust seals and foam rings replaced.

Rear shock 150 hour service with main dust and air seals replaced.

Brakes are bleed and rotors wet/dry sanded.

Pedals, cranks, bottom bracket all get cleaned, contact surfaces lubed.

Wheels get trued. Tyres removed, rim tape or tubeless sealant replaced along with valve cores.

Hubs are serviced including rear freehub pawls / springs.

Headset full clean, service and re-assembled.

Gear inner and outer cables replaced.

Derailleur hanger gets an alignment check.

Complete drive-chain deep clean / degrease bringing it up like new.

Complimentary bottle of chain lube.
