Deliveries and Returns
All deliveries within New Zealand are delivered by NZ Couriers or Post Haste Couriers.
We use an electronic freight ticketing solution called Go Sweet Spot.
If possible, buisness delivery addresses will always be the faster way to recieve your order.
Items will take between 1 - 3 business days from placing an order, up to 4 if address is in a very rural location.
Deliveries have a standard flat rate charge of NZD $5.00 Inc. GST per order under $100 New Zealand Nationwide, with the exception of Gift Vouchers which are sent via email.
Free delivery is offered for orders over $100 within NZ.
cycled.co.nz is more than happy to exchange or refund goods purchased online for up to 14 days of receipt, provided goods are returned to our online store in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

All undamaged correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchases credit card within 7 days.
We will reimburse postage for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care or washing instructions.
Faulty Or Incorrect Products
We take great care checking all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards and that we are sending you exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange a replacement with free delivery.
